This morning will be cool, foggy and slightly wet as patchy drizzle covers the Southland. Come later this afternoon, expect partly cloudy skies.

Today will be a few degrees cooler than yesterday. Coastal areas from the beaches to coastal valleys will see daytime highs in the mid 60s to low 70s. Orange County inland areas will also see similar temperatures with highs in the low to mid 70s.

Temperatures for L.A. County valleys and the Inland Empire will reach the mid 70s — the warmest it will get will be around 78 degrees. Meanwhile, cooling continues for the low desert with highs today between 88 to 91 degrees.

  • 78 degrees in Woodland Hills
  • 74 degrees in Pomona
  • 72 degrees in Anaheim

Tonight's lows will drop to the 50s for most of the Southland, and the mid 60s for the low desert.
