E. Scott Kelly

Scott has an extensive career in the recording industry. After spending years working as an engineer at Westlake Recording Studios, famous for hosting artists including Michael Jackson, Demi Lovato, Stephen Stills, Florence and the Machine, & countless others, Scott helped to mix and engineer Lady Gaga's Grammy Award winning 2020 album "Chromatica". Beyond working as a music production engineer, Scott has also worked on podcasts, composes music for mixed media, and has worked as a re-recording mixer. The skills set he brings helps to guide the sonic imprint of LAist Studio and its team as they dive into new and exciting podcast projects.
